Hi, I successfully installed the plugin IPCWebComponents.exe v.3.1.0.9 on I.E. browser. No problem if I access the cameras (fi9831p) from the home network. If I try the access, from the same pc, at the job I receive a timeout (on IE browser I use the corporate's proxy) After the troubleshoot, it seems that the plugin does not use the browser settings. How solve the problem?

From cmd netsat command, I see a 'direct' connect to the wan ip camera and the status is SYN_SENT

The most likely I would suggest is your respective employers' firewalls doing their job. If you have - or can get - permission to view your cameras at work, you will likely need to ask your IT departments to punch a hole through their firewall for your viewing port range for the DDNS address of your cameras

would it make any difference if no ddns is used? for example if the camera can be access through static public ip address?

You still need to access the ports on those addresses. The addresses need to not be blocked by the proxy, and the port needs to get through the firewall (and the proxy!).
